Sailing again at last

We are delighted to report that we are sailing again at last. Day Sails from Brixham resume on 13th April and Overnight Sailings on 22nd May. However, we are applying strict limits inline with UK Government Guidelines. That means our occupancy is much reduced and as a result some of our sailings are already full. Keeping our guests and crew safe is our absolute priority. You can book online

We have available sailing dates not listed so if you have a single or two household group please contact us as we can organise bespoke charters to suit.

From 21st June we are hoping we will be able to resume full operations and you can book berths on our website for sailings after that date. many of our most popular trips are full so please don’t delay.

Pilgrim off Dartmouth

It’s been a challenging year for our charitable Foundation. Over the winter we made extensive adaptations to Pilgrim so we can be sailing again at last. We now have a four berth and a six berth cabin each with their own ensuite facilities. The skipper now has his own cabin, so we can accommodate all of our crew in their own cabin. We have invested in new ventilation and on-deck dining facilities and have made other changes to make Pilgrim as safe and hygienic as possible. We even have a ‘fogger’ so we can sanitise every surface in the vessel between sailings.

When we sail Pilgrim we take advantage of new ways of doing things to help keep crew members apart and to protect our guests on deck. It’s different, but it’s still adventure sailing on a heritage trawler. As Spring turns into Summer why not sail with us in Torbay, Lyme Bay, Start Bay and all the way along the stunning South Devon coast.
