Join us on October 18th to commemorate the British victory at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805 and honor Admiral Lord Nelson, whilst celebrating Brixham’s seafaring heritage.
A great excuse to dress up for a black-tie 3-course dinner overlooking Brixham harbour from the Yacht Club. Highlights include ‘ships of the line’ edible table centrepieces (you’ll have to come to find out what that’s all about!), an entertaining talk on Nelson’s battle wounds from Pilgrim’s very own (retired!) trauma surgeon and a rousing sing-along led by the ‘Brixham Pilgrims’ Shanty Band.
Celebrate the 220th anniversary of Nelson’s seminal victory at Trafalgar in style. Ticket price includes the full meal, some excellent port for the traditional toasts (sponsored by the Prince William Pub) and all the entertainment above, with £8 of the ticket price contributing to Pilgrim’s ‘Red Sails’ fund to keep Brixham’s beautiful old lady of the seas shipshape for future generations to enjoy
The menu is Soup, Roast Beef, Sticky Toffee and Rum Pudding.
The evening will start at 18.45, sit down 19.30 and end at 23.00.
Tickets £32.
