The aircraft swoop in over the nearby hills and cliffs and then display across the bay. Past programmes have included the RAF Red Arrows, the RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and many other visiting aircraft and aerial displays. Torbay is a superb area of sheltered water for sailing the Air Show and takes place on the Saturday and Sunday afternoons and that provides scope for us to sail off for a day or so and visit local anchorages or visit the historic port of Dartmouth.
