Channel Coasts and Islands Holiday
Our Channel Coasts and Islands Holiday starts in Falmouth in Cornwall. That helps us use the prevailing weather to cruise across the English Channel to Brittany and the Channel Islands. Our aim is to visit picturesque ports and harbours on both sides of the channel depending on the weather, wind and tides. Wherever we go, you can be assured of stunning scenery and wonderful wildlife. The English and French coasts are strewn with delightful places to stopover and we may return to Brixham via the Channel Islands.
Cruising on Pilgrim is a unique experience.
Not only will you have a superb sailing holiday, but you will see how Victorian fishermen handled these heavy and powerful vessels. You will be able to assist the crew to sail Pilgrim in the traditional manner yet benefit from the modern guest facilities we have on board.
Pilgrim will depart on this 8 day, 7 night, cruise from the historic port of Falmouth, passing out between Pendennis and St Mawes Castles, taking you on a delightful summer sailing voyage. Throughout the trip you will be able to savour the amazing feeling of just being propelled by the wind in the sails. By the time Pilgrim arrives in Brixham, over a week later, you will have friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. Our first Channel Coasts and Islands Holiday was in 2019 and its back by popular demand.
